From mom at Dior, F1 in Singapore to a TOY cap project

Céline Breitenmoser

This Saturday, SwissCham members, together with their families and friends, joined us to support North West Service Weeks. This meaningful community initiative, which we joined for the second time, is organised by the North West Community Development Council and provides essential household support to residents living in public rental flats and under local welfare schemes.
The morning was spent at the Pop Up Market, where residents were invited to select and customise their own care packs filled with everyday essentials.
Volunteers took on different roles, from keeping the queue organised and making the waiting time more enjoyable, to acting as personal shoppers or helping as stockers by ensuring the stalls were always well supplied. It was a pleasure to interact with local residents and share conversations throughout the morning.
This meaningful activity gave SwissCham members the opportunity to experience a different side of Singapore and was a wonderful way to start the weekend.
Thank you Céline for making a change in the city Yves called home for four years.
Much love and TOY Monique
