The 2019 winner, selected from the 9 finalists featured in a Group Show at Kühlhaus Berlin, is Bianca Kennedy (www.biancakennedy.com), an artist working mainly with video, animations and VR experiences. With the cash prize, presented in memory of Yves, the winner can invest in ambitious new projects and works which will greatly help their career. Just as with previous winners Bianca also received a TOY cap and will hopefully share her project with us. Jennifer, our curatorial assistant, will follow up with the artist during the next year.
